摘要
结合江西铜业集团有限公司贵溪冶炼厂废水除氟工序的实际运行情况,系统分析了生产过程中常见的结垢问题及其成因,包括钙盐法除氟过程中设备与管道结垢加剧、清垢频繁、生产成本上升等问题。提出了回收利用制酸干吸系统外排循环水中的阻垢剂以减缓结垢,引入废水预处理浓密机底泥作为晶种以提升沉淀效果两项优化措施。实施改造后,设备清垢频率显著降低,絮凝剂用量减少,系统处理能力提升,有效保障了除氟工序的高效稳定运行。
Based on the actual operation of the fluoride removal process at Guixi Smelter of Jiangxi Copper Group Co.,Ltd.,the common scaling issues and their causes during production systematically are analyzed,including intensified scaling in equipment and pipelines,frequent cleaning requirements,and increased production costs during the calcium salt-based fluoride removal process.Two optimization measures are proposed:recycling scale inhibitors from the discharged circulating water of the sulphuric acid drying and absorption system to mitigate scaling,and introducing wastewater pretreatment thickener underflow as seed crystals to enhance precipitation efficiency.After implementation,the frequency of equipment descaling has significantly decreased,the dosage of flocculant has been reduced,and the system processing capacity has been improved,effectively ensuring the efficient and stable operation of the fluoride removal process.
