碳酸钠共沉淀法制备镍钴锰酸锂三元正极材料的研究

Study on Preparation of Nickel Cobalt Lithium Manganate Ternary Cathode Material by Sodium Carbonate Coprecipitation Method

摘要 以硫酸锰、硫酸钴、硫酸镍、氨水为主要原料,碳酸钠作为沉淀剂,通过单因素实验、正交试验,以pH值、锂过量百分比、煅烧温度及陈化时间为变量,研究不同因素对三元前躯体振实密度的影响,通过试验得到的最佳参数:陈化时间为1 h,pH值为8.0,锂过量百分比为8%,煅烧温度为900℃,在此条件下前驱体的振实密度可高达2.699 g/mL。XRD和电镜分析结果表明,锂过量百分比8%时,材料具有良好的α-NaFeO_(2)型层状结构的纯相;制得的正极颗粒形貌规则,呈现出类球状,粒径分布均匀,有利于提升电化学性能。 In this paper,manganese sulfate,cobalt sulfate,nickel sulfate,ammonia water as the main raw materials,sodium carbonate as precipitating agent,through single factor test and orthogonal test,pH value,excess lithium,calcination temperature and aging time as variables,to study the influence of different factors on the three-dimensional pre-body vibration density,the optimal parameters obtained through the test are 1 h,pH value 8.0,excess lithium 8%.When the calcination temperature is 900℃,the solid density of the precursor can be as high as 2.699 g/mL under this condition.XRD and electron microscope analysis results show that the material has a goodα-NaFeO_(2)layered structure of pure phase when lithium excess is 8%.The prepared positive particles have regular morphology and uniform particle size distribution,which is conducive to improving electrochemical performance.
