摘要
本文主要研究硅烷预改性白炭黑的制备方法及其应用。将白炭黑、分散介质、活性催化剂和硅烷偶联剂混合,加热、搅拌进行混合改性,得到预改性白炭黑,所用分散介质为芳香烃,所用活性催化剂选自胍类化合物、胺类化合物、季磷盐化合物。本制备方法所得改性白炭黑在橡胶中应用具有更高的分散均匀程度,有效抑制了白炭黑粒子的重聚集,解决了白炭黑在橡胶中混炼难、分散不均匀的问题。
This study focuses on the preparation method and application of silane pre-modified silica.The process involves mixing silica,a dispersion medium,an active catalyst,and a silane coupling agent,followed by heating and stirring to achieve mixed modification,resulting in pre-modified silica.The dispersion medium used is an aromatic hydrocarbon,and the active catalyst is selected from guanidine compounds,amine compounds,or quaternary phosphonium salts.The modified silica obtained through this preparation method exhibits a higher degree of dispersion uniformity when applied in rubber,effectively preventing the re-agglomeration of silica particles and addressing the challenges of difficult mixing and dispersion of silica in rubber.
