摘要
知识政策优化是适应新的知识生产范式转变的重要基础。高等教育知识政策优化的逻辑审思要体现社会认识论发展的前瞻式理论遵循、知识生产模式变革的响应式现实遵循、学术建制重构的系统式技术遵循、学科部落文化融合的生态式文化遵循。当前,高等教育知识政策优化面临着知识生产力的结构性矛盾、知识治理张力的现实性偏差、知识数字化转型的适应性挑战、公众认可的合法性危机等现实问题,有必要规避“价值无涉”以秉持理性的教育立场,聚焦“三维四体”以推动治理范式协同,超越“知识传递”以构建知识生产与创新协同体,利用“数字赋能”以打造数字时代知识新基建,突显“创新开放”以形成集群式知识生态系统,为赋能教育强国建设提供适配性的政策基础并注入持续性的发展动力。
Optimizing knowledge policies is an important foundation for adapting to the new paradigm shift in knowledge production.The logical consideration of optimizing knowledge policies in higher education should reflect the forward-looking theoretical guidance of social epistemology development,the responsive practical guidance of knowledge production mode transformation,the systematic technical guidance of academic restructuring,and the ecological cultural guidance of disciplinary tribal cultural integration.At present,the optimization of knowledge policies in higher education is facing structural contradictions in knowledge productivity,practical deviations in knowledge governance tension,adaptability challenges in knowledge digital transformation,and legitimacy crises recognized by the public.It is necessary to avoid the"value irrelevant"approach to uphold a rational educational stance,focus on the"three-dimension and four-subject"approach to promote governance paradigm coordination,go beyond"knowledge transmission'to build a collaborative entity of knowledge production and innovation,use"digital empowerment"to create new knowledge infrastructure in the digital age,highlight"innovation and openness"to form a cluster style of knowledge ecosystem.It will provide adaptive policy foundations and inject sustainable development momentum for empowering the construction of an educational power.
