复杂气候条件下房建外墙防水施工技术分析

摘要 复杂气候条件会严重制约房建外墙防水施工质量,例如雨水侵蚀、温湿度波动、风力变化等因素会对防水材料性能产生不利影响。对此,文章以某工程技术集团外墙防水施工项目为研究对象,分析基层含水率与涂料粘结强度关系,建立防水涂层厚度分布数学模型,制定关键节点差异化构造方案,以保障房建外墙防水施工质量。结果显示,分层涂刷工艺配合临时防护措施能够有效保障防水层完整性;对预留孔洞、门窗洞口、伸缩缝等特殊部位采取专项处理技术,能够有效提高外墙防水施工质量;建立完善的质量控制体系,可以为复杂气候环境下外墙防水施工提供支撑。 Complex climate conditions will seriously restrict the waterproof construction quality of exterior wall of housing construction,such as rain erosion,temperature and humidity fluctuations,wind changes and other factors will have adverse effects on the performance of waterproof materials.In this regard,the article takes the exterior wall waterproof construction project of an engineering technology group as the research object,analyzes the relationship between the moisture content of the base layer and the bond strength of the coating,establishes the mathematical model of the thickness distribution of the waterproof coating,and formulates the differentiated construction scheme of the key nodes,so as to ensure the quality of the exterior wall waterproof construction of housing construction.The results show that the layered painting process combined with temporary protective measures can effectively ensure the integrity of the waterproof layer;The special treatment technology for the reserved holes,door and window openings,expansion joints and other special parts can effectively improve the waterproof construction quality of the external wall;The establishment of a perfect quality control system can provide support for the waterproof construction of exterior wall in complex climate environment.
