摘要
某批次Inconel 690换热管在封口焊焊接工艺评定中焊接成型性不好,为分析其原因,与焊接成型性良好的690换热管进行对比。通过进行理化分析,结果表明:成型性良好的换热管含有较高N含量,其促进了更多Ti(N)化合物形成,这些化合物的钉扎作用阻碍了位错运动,提升了材料的抗塑性变形能力,并可以降低熔池表面张力,使熔敷金属流动性更强。成型性差的换热管N含量较低,Ti(N)化合物的含量相对更少,其在胀接时容易变形,形成的位错密度相对较大,滑移线堆积更多,所以导热性差,金属流动性相对低,导致焊缝成型不好。
A certain batch of Inconel 690 heat exchange tubes exhibited poor weld formability during the sealing weld procedure qualification,To analyze the reasons,a comparison was conducted with 690 heat exchange tubes that demonstrated good weld formability.Through physical and chemical analysis,the results indicated that:Heat exchange tubes with good formability contain higher N content,which promoted the formation of more Ti(N)compounds.These compounds exerted a pinning effect that hindered dislocation motion,thereby enhancing the material's resistance to plastic deformation,and can reduce the surface tension of the molten pool,making the deposited metal more fluid.Heat exchange tubes with poor formability have lower N content and relatively less Ti(N)compound content,they are prone to deformation during expansion,resulting in a higher density of dislocations and more accumulation of slip lines.As a result,their thermal conductivity is poor and their metal flowability is relatively low,leading to poor weld formation.
