不同平茬处理对梭梭比叶面积和水分利用效率的影响

摘要 【目的】揭示不同平茬处理对梭梭比叶面积与水分利用效率的影响,以期为梭梭固沙林的平茬抚育管理提供科技支撑。【方法】利用Li-6800便携式光合仪测定了不同平茬处理梭梭的光合特性,同时测定了叶面积、叶干重,分析了不同平茬处理(留茬0%、留茬25%、留茬50%、留茬75%)对梭梭比叶面积和水分利用效率的影响。【结果】随着留茬高度的增加,梭梭的叶面积、叶干重、叶干物质含量、叶含水量、比叶质量均呈逐渐减小的趋势,净光合速率在留茬25%时最高,在留茬75%时最低;蒸腾速率在留茬0%时最高,在留茬75%时最低。比叶面积大小顺序为留茬25%<留茬75%<留茬50%<对照<留茬0%,水分利用效率大小顺序为留茬25%>留茬75%>留茬50%>对照>留茬0%。不同平茬处理比叶面积与水分利用效率呈极显著负相关关系(P<0.01)。【结论】不同平茬处理梭梭通过调整叶片形态,使比叶面积与水分利用效率变化趋势相反,体现了梭梭适应光照、水分等环境因子的资源利用及光合固碳策略。 【Objective】To reveal the effects of different stumping treatments on the comparative leaf area and water use efficiency of Haloxylon ammodendron.In order to provide scientific and technological support for the stumping and tending management of Haloxylon ammodendron sand-fixing forest.【Method】The photosynthetic characteristics of Haloxylon ammodendron under different stubble treatments were measured by Li-6800 portable photosynthesis system,and the leaf area and leaf dry weight were measured.The effects between specific leaf area and water use efficiency of Haloxylon ammodendron under different stubble treatments(0%,25%,50%,75%)was analyzed.【Result】With the decrease of stubble intensity,the leaf area,leaf dry weight,leaf dry matter content,leaf water content and specific leaf mass of Haloxylon ammodendron decreased gradually.The net photosynthetic rate of 25%stubble was the highest and 75%stubble was the lowest.The transpiration rate of 0%stubble was the highest and 75%stubble was the lowest.The order of specific leaf area was 25%stubble<75%stubble<50%stubble<control<0%stubble.The order of water use efficiency was 25%stubble>75%stubble>50%stubble>control>0%stubble.There was a significant negative correlation between specific leaf area and water use efficiency(P<0.01).【Conclusion】By adjusting the leaf morphology,the change trend of specific leaf area and water use efficiency was opposite,which reflected the resource utilization and photosynthetic carbon fixation strategy of Haloxylon ammodendron to adapt to environmental factors such as light and water.
