凭祥地区蜱的调查及分类鉴定

Investigation on the Ticks and Their Classification,Identification in Pingxiang Area

摘要 为了掌握广西边境地区蜱的种类及分布,对凭祥地区若干生境点的游离蜱和寄生蜱类进行了采集和形态学鉴定,并对该区域蜱的种类组成进行分析。结果显示:捕获蜱1089只,经鉴定其分属于2科6属9种,即全沟硬蜱、森林革蜱、粒形硬蜱、微小牛蜱、具角血蜱、越原血蜱、亚洲血蜱、血红扇头蜱、蝙蝠锐缘蜱,其中优势种2个,分别为具角血蜱(43.99%)、血红扇头蜱(30.12%)。凭祥地区蜱的种类增加及种群结构变化增加了其蜱媒病原对当地畜牧业的危害和该地区公共卫生的风险。 In order to master the species and distribution of ticks in Guangxi border areas,free ticks and parasitic ticks were collected from several habitats in Pingxiang area to conduct the morphological identification.The species composition of ticks in this area were analyzed.The results showed that 1089 ticks were captured,which belonged to 9 species,6 genera,2 families,namely,Ixodes persulcatus,Ixodes granulatus,Dermacentor silvarum,Boophilus microplus,Haemaphysalis cornigera,Haemaphysalis yeni,Haemaphysalis asiatica,Rhipicephalus sanguineus,Argas vespertilionis.The two dominant species were Haemaphysalis cornigera(43.99%)and Rhipicephalus sanguineus(30.12%).The increase of tick species in Pingxiang and the changes in population structure increased the harm risk of its possible pathogen to local animal husbandry and the risk to the public health in the region.
