摘要
供应链多元化配置有助于构建高度灵活的供应链网络,是提升企业组织韧性的有效策略。以2011—2023年A股上市公司为样本,基于资源依赖理论与动态能力理论,实证分析供应链多元化配置对企业组织韧性的影响及其机制。结果显示,供应链多元化配置能显著提升企业组织韧性,且该作用主要通过缓解融资约束与提升开放式创新水平来实现。异质性分析表明,供应链多元化配置对企业组织韧性的提升效应在非高新技术企业与大规模企业中更为明显。基于此,企业应充分重视供应链多元化配置的战略价值,结合自身行业属性与企业规模科学规划供应链布局,从而有效提升企业组织韧性,在复杂多变的市场环境中实现可持续发展。
The diversified configuration of supply chains helps build a highly flexible supply chain network and serves as an effective strategy for enhancing corporate organizational resilience.Taking A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2023 as the research sample,this paper empirically analyzes the impact and mechanism of supply chain diversification configuration on corporate organizational resilience based on the Resource Dependence Theory and the Dynamic Capability Theory.The results show that supply chain diversification configuration can significantly improve corporate organizational resilience,and this effect is mainly achieved by alleviating financing constraints and enhancing the level of open innovation.The heterogeneity analysis indicates that the promotion effect of supply chain diversification configuration on corporate organizational resilience is more pronounced in non-high-tech enterprises and large-scale enterprises.Based on the research conclusions,enterprises should fully attach importance to the strategic value of supply chain diversification configuration,scientifically plan their supply chain layout in light of their own industrial attributes and enterprise scale,so as to effectively improve corporate organizational resilience and achieve sustainable development in a complex and volatile market environment.
