摘要
三维激光扫描数据精度高、密度大,现已广泛应用于地铁隧道的断面提取工作。针对传统地铁隧道断面提取方法效率低、精度差等问题,本文基于三维激光扫描技术,提出一种精确提取隧道结构断面尺寸的方法。首先根据设计中轴线和里程值生成断面线,截取出断面点云,利用统计学滤波算法对断面点云去噪,通过投影及半径搜索算法获取中心底点,最后采用聚类算法在各设计高程面上提取出断面测点,完成结构断面尺寸测量。在地铁隧道数据中进行试验,结果表明本文算法能够精确且高效地提取隧道结构断面尺寸,可以作为一种有效的隧道断面测量方法。
The 3D laser scanning data has high accuracy and high density,and has been widely used in the extraction of subway tunnel sections.In response to the problems of low efficiency and poor accuracy in traditional subway tunnel section extraction methods,this paper proposes an accurate method for extracting tunnel structural section dimensions based on 3D laser scanning technology.Firstly,generate section lines based on the design axis and mileage values,extract section point clouds,use statistical filtering algorithms to denoise the section point clouds,obtain the center and bottom points through projection and radius search algorithms,and finally use clustering algorithms to extract section measurement points on each design elevation surface,completing the measurement of structural section dimensions.Experiments are conducted on subway tunnel data,and the results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper can accurately and efficiently extract the cross-sectional dimensions of tunnel structures,it can be used as an effective method for measuring tunnel cross-section.
