摘要
随着油气钻探向着超深、大位移、高温、高压、高腐蚀环境的方向发展,钻杆疲劳失效问题日益凸显,系统研究钻杆失效控制理论体系是保证油气井安全高效钻井的关键。针对钻杆疲劳寿命及失效机制研究缺少相关总结和论证,失效控制缺乏有效指导的问题,对近几十年来国内外钻杆失效情况进行了调研、统计和分析,总结和归纳了目前钻杆疲劳寿命预测模型,对比论述了现有疲劳寿命研究方法的不足及提升空间,通过管材、环境、人为因素三方面讨论了现有钻杆失效机制研究进展与挑战。研究认为,钻杆疲劳寿命预测与失效机制研究将朝着多因素(机械载荷、腐蚀环境)、多阶段(表面膜破坏-腐蚀坑萌生并向裂纹转变-裂纹扩展至断裂失效)、跨尺度(微观到宏观)、数智化的方向发展,而基于数据驱动的钻杆寿命预测及快速发展的人工智能技术将会成为未来钻杆疲劳失效研究和发展的主流趋势。
With oil and gas drilling is developing towards the directions of ultra-deep,large displacement,high temperature,high pressure and high corrosion environments.The issue of drill pipe fatigue failure has become increasingly prominent.Systematic research on the theoretical system of drill pipe failure control is the key to ensure the safe and efficient drilling of oil and gas wells.In response to the lack of relevant summary and demonstration of research on the fatigue life and failure mechanism of drill pipe,and the lack of effective guidance for failure control,the failure of drill pipe at home and abroad in recent ten years was investigated,counted and analyzed.The current fatigue life prediction models of drill pipe were summarized.The shortcomings and improvement space of the existing fatigue life research methods were compared and discussed.The research progress and challenges of the existing drill pipe failure mechanism were discussed from three aspects such as pipe material,environment and human factors.The research results show that the drill pipe fatigue life prediction and failure mechanism research will develop in the directions of multi-factors(mechanical load,corrosion environment),multi-stages(surface film failure-corrosion pit initiation and transition to crack-crack propagation to fracture failure),multi-scale(micro to macro)and digitalization.The data-driven drill pipe life prediction and the rapid developing artificial intelligence(AI)technology will become the mainstream trend in future research and development of drill pipe fatigue failure.
