摘要
针对种植结构“非粮化”日益严峻的问题,采用2020年中国乡村振兴综合调查(China rural revitalization survey,CRRS)数据,实证检验农户数字素养对种植结构的影响及作用机制。结果表明:1)农户数字素养对种植结构“非粮化”具有显著正向影响,经过多重稳健性检验后结论仍成立;2)农户数字素养对种植结构的影响存在异质性,在老一代(年龄>50岁)、高收入水平(家庭人均收入≥样本家庭人均收入中位数)群体中更加明显;3)农户数字素养主要通过市场参与、金融支持的中介效应影响种植结构。据此,提出以下政策建议:建立粮食安全导向的数字素养提升机制,着力促进重点农户的数字素养提升,优化市场参与和金融支持的数字赋能机制,促进数字技术与粮食生产的深度融合。
Given the increasingly serious problem of the“non-grainization”of planting structure,based on the data of China rural revitalization survey(CRRS)in 2020,this study empirically tests the effect and mechanism of farmers’digital literacy on planting structure.The results show that:1)Farmers’digital literacy significantly promotes the“non-grainization”of planting structure,and the conclusion is still valid after multiple robustness tests;2)The impact of farmers’digital literacy on planting structure is heterogeneous,especially in the older generation(farmers aged>50)and high-income group(households with per capita income≥the median per capita income of sample households);3)Farmers’digital literacy mainly affects the planting structure through the mediating effect of market participation and financial support.In light of these findings,the following policy recommendations are proposed:Establishing a food security-oriented digital literacy promotion mechanism,focusing on promoting the digital literacy of key farmers,optimize the digital empowerment mechanism of market participation and financial support,and promote the deep integration of digital technology and food production.
