摘要
针对数字鸿沟制约农民文化消费的问题,利用2023年北京市8区451份调研数据,采用工具变量法分析农村居民数字素养提升对农村家庭文化消费的影响。结果表明:北京市农村家庭文化消费平均水平为1489.929元,传统文化消费水平仍高于数字文化消费水平;农村居民数字素养提升能显著提高农村家庭文化消费水平,对传统文化消费水平的提升作用更大,该影响主要体现在数字素养高、教育水平高、村庄物流便利的中年农村居民群体中,通过提高家庭收入水平、增强信息获取能力、拓宽社会网络发挥作用;在克服内生性偏误后,研究结果依然稳健。政府应加强数字素养培训,结合群体差异提高文化供给水平,同时完善农村物流体系,为促进农村居民文化消费创造良好外部环境,助力消费增长。
Aiming at the problem of digital divide restricting farmers’cultural consumption problem,using 451 survey data from 8 districts of Beijing in 2023,this study uses the instrumental variable method to analyze the impact of rural residents’digital literacy improvement on rural households’cultural consumption.The results show that the average level of cultural consumption of rural households in Beijing is 1489.929 yuan,and the level of traditional cultural consumption is still higher than that of digital cultural consumption.The improvement of the digital literacy of rural residents can significantly improve the cultural consumption level of rural families and has a stronger effect on the improvement of the traditional cultural consumption level.This effect is mainly reflected in the middle-aged rural residents with high digital literacy,high education level and convenient village logistics.The way of this effect is to improve the level of family income,enhance the ability of information acquisition and broaden the social network.After overcoming the endogenous bias,the research results are still robust.Therefore,the government should strengthen digital literacy training,improve the level of cultural supply in combination with group differences,and enhance the rural logistics system to create a good external environment for promoting rural residents’cultural consumption and help consumption growth.
