摘要
随着城市建设用地的不断扩张,武汉市东湖生态旅游风景区由近郊型风景区演变为市区型风景区,其周边的部分村落同时具备了一些景中村与城中村的复合属性,它们的发展面临较为复杂的问题。该文以武汉市东湖大李村为例,基于空间句法理论,运用Depthmap软件,建立轴线拓扑模型,对大李村的整合度、选择度、协同度及可理解度进行分析,并结合实地调研对软件模拟分析结果进行验证。根据研究结果,提出增设入口优化村子空间布局、打开临街界面增加村子开放性、设置节点空间增强空间引导性的策略以优化景中村内部空间结构,为促进景中村发展提供思路。
With the continuous expansion of urban construction land,the East Lake Ecotourism Scenic Area of Wuhan has evolved from a suburban-type scenic area to an urban-type scenic area,and some scenic area villages(SAV)located therein have the attributes of urban villages at the same time,and their development is faced with complex problems.Taking Dali Village in East Lake of Wuhan City as an example,based on the theory of spatial syntax,using Depthmap software,we establish the axial topological model,and analyze the integration,choice,synergy and comprehensibility of Dali Village,and verify the results of the software simulation and analysis by combining with field research.Based on the results of the study,three strategies are proposed to optimize the internal spatial structure of SAV by adding entrances to optimize the spatial layout of the village,opening up the street interface to increase the openness of the village,and setting up node spaces to enhance spatial guidance,to provide ideas for promoting the development of SAV.
