摘要
近年来,随着肝癌发病率的逐年递增,据统计目前肝癌已成为全球常见癌症之一。肝癌的发病隐匿,恶性程度高,当前西医学治疗肝癌主要以手术治疗、放化疗或靶向免疫治疗等对症处理为主,尚未达到理想效果,存在复发率高,不良反应大,治疗周期长,病死率高等问题。中医学在治疗肝癌方面具有不良反应少、疗效良好及多靶点作用等优势。中医是中华民族在长期的生产、生活和实践中形成的,有着千年悠久历史,以“藏象学说”“阴阳五行学说”“精气血津液学说”等为理论基础,具有独特的理论体系,在学术发展中不断得到传承和创新,从古至今治疗众多疾病,为人类的生命健康作出了巨大贡献,在肝癌的治疗上亦发挥了重要的作用。壮医是壮族人民在长期同疾病作顽强的斗争过程中形成的,其中“三气同步”“三道两路”“毒虚致病”等理论是壮医的特色理论,是指导壮族人民防治疾病的理论基础。壮族人民在壮医理论的指导下,运用壮药治疗肝癌,经过众多学者的临床治疗及实验等验证其具有良好治疗的作用。中医及壮医都属于我国传统医学,二者在肝癌的治疗上都有其独到优势,但又有共通之处。文章主要论述中医及壮医对肝癌的病因病机认识以及治疗方面的异同,以启发治疗该病新思路,为治疗肝癌提供有益补充。
In recent years,with the increasing incidence of liver cancer,statistics show that it has become one of the most common cancers worldwide.Liver cancer is characterized by its insidious onset and high malignancy.Currently,modern medical treatments for liver cancer primarily focus on symptomatic management,including surgical intervention,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,or targeted immunotherapy.However,these approaches have yet to achieve ideal outcomes,as they are associated with high recurrence rates,significant side effects,prolonged treatment durations,and high mortality rates.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),on the other hand,offers advantages in treating liver cancer,such as fewer adverse reactions,favorable efficacy,and multi-target effects.Zhuang medicine,developed by the Zhuang people through their prolonged and tenacious struggle against diseases,features distinctive theories such as the“Synchronization of Three Qi(气)”,the“Three Pathways and Two Routes”,and the“Toxicity-Deficiency Pathogenesis”.These theories serve as the foundation for the Zhuang people’s prevention and treatment of diseases.Under the guidance of Zhuang medical theory,the Zhuang people have utilized Zhuang herbal medicine to treat liver cancer,with clinical treatments and experiments by numerous scholars demonstrating its therapeutic efficacy.Both TCM and Zhuang medicine belong to the traditional medicine of China,each possessing unique advantages in the treatment of liver cancer while also sharing commonalities.This article primarily discusses the similarities and differences between TCM and Zhuang medicine in their understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of liver cancer,as well as their therapeutic approaches,aiming to inspire new ideas for treatment and provide beneficial supplementary strategies for managing liver cancer.
