摘要
聚氨酯夹层板(Steel-PolyurethaneSand-wich plate,SPS)可以在船舶结构中发挥减振降噪的作用,使用SPS舱壁对钢制舱壁进行替代有助于抑制振动。在形成初步替代方案后,运用基于Box-Behnken试验设计的响应面法进行优化,以结构振动的幅频响应值作为优化目标,结合轻量化的要求,构建得到优化模型,并通过可靠性分析,得到一套新的替代方案。通过有限元仿真对优化前后的幅频响应值进行计算,通过比较以验证优化方案的有效性。研究结果显示,通过优化,SPS舱壁结构的幅频响应值相比优化前降低了46.1%,同时结构重量减少了5.5%,这表明使用响应面法进行结构的振动响应优化可行。
Polyurethane sandwich panels(SPS)can play a role in vibration reduction and noise reduction in ship structures,replacing steel bulkheads with SPS bulkheads can suppress vibration.After getting the preliminary alternative plan,the response surface methodology based on Box Behnken experimental design was introduced to optimize.The amplitude-frequency response value of the structural vibration was taken as the optimization objective,and combined with the lightweight requirement,an optimization model was constructed.Through reliability analysis,a new set of design schemes was obtained.The response values obtained before and after optimization were calculated through finite element simulation,and the effectiveness of the optimization scheme was verified through comparison.The research results show that through optimization,the amplitude-frequency response value of the SPS bulkhead structure is reduced by 46.1%,and the structural weight is reduced by 5.5%.This indicates that the response surface method for optimizing the vibration response of the structure is feasible.
