摘要
传统的电气自动化控制系统组态设计往往依赖固定化、集中式的编程模式,难以适应柔性制造环境的动态生产要求。本研究从软硬件两个方面提出面向柔性制造的电气自动化控制系统组态设计方案。结果表明,该组态设计在实时性、精度、稳定性等方面优势显著,适用于复杂多变的柔性制造环境。
The configuration design of traditional electrical automation control systems often relies on fixed and centralized programming models,which are difficult to adapt to the dynamic production requirements of flexible manufacturing environments.This study proposes a configuration design scheme for an electrical automation control system oriented to flexible manufacturing from both software and hardware aspects.The results show that this configuration design has significant advantages in terms of real-time performance,accuracy and stability,and is suitable for complex and changeable flexible manufacturing environments.
