条烟输送通道堵料检测与疏通方法

Detection and Dredging Methods for Blockage in Cigarette Conveying Channels

摘要 在烟草生产及物流分拣过程中,条烟输送通道的稳定性直接影响生产效率与分拣精度。随着行业自动化程度的提高,通道内条烟流量增大,堵料频发引发设备停机、条烟破损等损失。传统检测方法存在响应滞后、误判率高、疏通效率低等问题,且有安全隐患。为此,提出“高清工业相机+嵌入式人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)处理器”的机器视觉检测方案。该方案使用图像采集、智能分析实现堵料精准识别,准确率达98.5%;搭配“分级驱动+自适应调节”智能疏通控制系统,以可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)为核心联动气动推送等装置,按堵料等级匹配策略。实践表明,提出的方案可降低误判率与缩短处理时间,提升设备运行稳定性。 In the tobacco production and logistics sorting process,the stability of the tobacco conveying channel directly affects production efficiency and sorting accuracy.With the improvement of industry automation,the flow of cigarettes in the channel increases,and frequent blockages cause equipment downtime,cigarette damage,and other losses.Traditional detection method has problems such as delayed response,high misjudgment rate,low dredging efficiency,and potential safety hazards.Therefore,this article proposes a machine vision inspection scheme of“high-definition industrial camera+embedded Artificial Intelligence(AI)processor”.This scheme uses image acquisition and intelligent analysis to achieve precise identification of blockages,with an accuracy rate of 98.5%;paired with the“graded drive+adaptive adjustment”intelligent dredging control system,with a Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)as the core,it links pneumatic push and other devices,matching strategies according to the level of blockage.Practice has shown that the proposed solution can reduce the error rate and shorten the processing time,while enhancing the stability of the equipment operation.
