摘要
以设备智能化为核心目标,开展多功能天车操作系统的综合性优化。针对现有人工操作模式存在的作业环境恶劣、操作视线受限、职业病风险高等问题,通过集成地面操作室、视频监控系统、激光扫描成像系统、无线通信系统、人机保护系统以及紧急停车系统等功能模块,实现了炭素多功能天车的智能化、可视化和半自动化操作,改善了人员作业环境,提高了工作效率,降低了劳动强度。
With the goal of equipment intelligence as the core,a comprehensive optimization of the multi-functional crane operation system was carried out.In response to the problems such as harsh working environment,restricted operation view,and high risk of occupational diseases existing in the current manual operation mode,by integrating functional modules such as ground operation room,video monitoring system,laser scanning imaging system,wireless communication system,human-machine protection system,and emergency stop system,the intelligent,visualized and semi-automated operation of the carbon multifunctional crane was achieved.This improved the working environment for personnel,enhanced work efficiency,and reduced labor intensity.
