基于工艺参数改进的钳工加工精度控制方法探讨

摘要 为改善机械加工精度控制的整体效果,以机床加工控制参数优化为主方法开展精密加工控制研究。以建立加工控制多元目标优化体系为核心,运用粒子群优化(Particle Swarm Optimization,PSO)算法优化机械加工核心工序中切削深浅、进给量以及速度等加工关键参数。实验证明,在机床加工控制参数优化改进下,刀具切削力、温度变化和振动幅度等方面均得到较大改善,机械加工精度得到明显提高。基于工艺参数改进的钳工加工精度控制方法能够为机械加工提供良好的稳定性保障,并为实现更高精密机械加工提供一定技术支持。 To improve the overall effect of precision control in mechanical machining,the research on precision machining control is mainly carried out by optimizing machine tool machining control parameters.Taking the establishment of a multiobjective optimization system for processing control as the core,the Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)algorithm is used to optimize key machining parameters such as cutting depth,feed rate,and speed in the core process of mechanical machining.Experimental results have shown that under the optimization and improvement of machine tool processing control parameters,significant improvements have been made in tool cutting force,temperature variations,and vibration amplitude,and mechanical processing accuracy has been significantly improved.The precision control method for fitter machining based on process parameter improvement can provide good stability guarantee for mechanical machining and provide certain technical support for achieving higher precision mechanical machining.
