摘要
围绕火电厂超超临界机组的电除尘装置在运行过程中出现的磨损腐蚀问题展开研究,系统分析阳极板、阴极板和灰斗等关键部件的磨损腐蚀机理,在此基础上提出涂层重构、材质升级与电晕优化、复合衬层防护等处理措施。在某660MW超超临界机组的电除尘装置上进行实际应用,对比处理前后的运行和经济指标。结果表明,所提处理措施能够显著减少年腐蚀厚度、降低断裂率、延长部件使用寿命,同时减少维护费用与非计划停机时长,从而提升装置整体的可靠性和经济性。
This paper focuses on the wear and corrosion problems that occur in the electrostatic precipitator devices of ultrasupercritical units in thermal power plants during operation,systematically analyzes the wear and corrosion mechanisms of key components such as anode plates,cathode plates,and ash hoppers.On this basis,it proposes treatment measures such as coating reconstruction,material upgrading and corona optimization,and composite liner protection.The actual application is carried out on the electrostatic precipitator device of a 660 MW ultra-supercritical unit,and the operation and economic indicators before and after treatment are compared.The results show that the proposed treatment measures can significantly reduce the annual corrosion thickness,lower the failure rate,and extend the service life of components,and at the same time reduce maintenance costs and unplanned downtime,thereby enhancing the overall reliability and economy of the device.
