CLS-900380型冷水机组设备频繁启停故障研究

摘要 CLS-900380型冷水机组运行过程中出现频繁启停故障,严重影响设备稳定性和使用寿命。通过现场检测和数据分析,确定主要故障原因包括控制系统参数设置不当、传感器失效信号干扰、冷媒系统异常等。采用控制参数优化、传感器系统改进、冷媒系统维护等综合解决方案,有效解决了频繁启停问题。实施后,年电费支出降低54.8%(节约42.05万元),维护费用降低42.9%(节约15.00万元),设备折旧减少20%(节约6.00万元),年CO_(2)排放量减少262.8 t。该研究为同类型冷水机组故障诊断和优化改进提供了重要技术参考,具有显著的工程应用价值和推广意义。 The CLS-900380 chiller unit experienced frequent start-stop faults during operation,seriously affecting equipment stability and service life.Through on-site testing and data analysis,the main fault causes were identified as improper control system parameter settings,sensor failure signal interference,and abnormal refrigerant system.A comprehensive solution including control parameter optimization,sensor system improvement,and refrigerant system maintenance effectively solved the frequent start-stop problem.After implementation,annual electricity costs decreased by 54.8%(saving 420500 yuan),maintenance costs reduced by 42.9%(saving 150000 yuan),equipment depreciation decreased by 20%(saving 60000 yuan),and annual CO_(2)emissions were reduced by 262.8 t.This study provides important technical references for fault diagnosis and optimization improvement of similar chillers,with significant engineering application value and promotion significance.
