摘要
基于曲轴箱制造中普遍存在的加工精度不稳定与质量波动问题,对其精密制造工艺流程及质量控制技术进行系统研究。阐述了材料预处理、高精度加工、特种工艺及在线检测、过程监控、统计控制等关键环节的实现路径,介绍了多源数据集成下的闭环质量管控机制。实际生产线改造案例分析表明,该技术体系在尺寸精度、表面质量与节拍效率等方面具有显著提高作用。
Based on the common problems of unstable machining accuracy and quality fluctuations in crankcase manufacturing,the systematic study is conducted on its precision manufacturing process flow and quality control technology.The implementation path of key links such as material pretreatment,high-precision machining,special processes and online detection,process monitoring,and statistical control is elaborated,and the closed-loop quality control mechanism under multi-source data integration is introduced.The analysis of actual production line transformation cases shows that this technology system has a significant improvement effect on dimensional accuracy,surface quality,and cycle efficiency.
