超声波检测在大型锻件内部缺陷识别中的应用优化

摘要 大型锻件为高端装备核心承力部件。它的内部缺陷直接关系到结构安全与服役寿命。传统超声检测在复杂几何、材料异性与低信噪工况下存在误检和漏检风险,急需进行精度提升与机制重构。为此,构建集自适应波束控制、多频协同扫查、信号增强识别于一体的超声波检测应用优化路径体系,并在实际工程中完成应用验证,为高可靠锻件检测提供新的解决方案。 Large forgings are core load-bearing components of high-end equipment.Its internal defects are directly related to structural safety and service life.Traditional ultrasonic testing has the risks of false detection and missed detection under complex geometry,material anisotropy and low signal-to-noise conditions,and there is an urgent need for accuracy improvement and mechanism reconstruction.To this end,an ultrasonic testing application optimization path system integrating adaptive beam control,multi-frequency cooperative scanning,and signal enhancement recognition is constructed and verified in actual engineering,providing a new solution for high-reliability forging inspection.
