摘要
叉车作为厂内运输的核心工具,近年来作业安全问题较为突出。分析叉车安全事故的产生原因,将其分为使用过程安全问题和管理过程安全问题两大类。基于事故原因,设计叉车人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)管理系统,采用“感知—决策—执行—管理”4层架构,融合多传感器与AI算法,将管理模式从被动应对转为主动预防,实现“人-车-环境”立体化的安全防控与管理革新。
Forklifts,as the core transportation tools within factories,have faced prominent safety issues in their operations in recent years.The causes of forklift safety accidents are analyzed and classified into two major categories:safety issues during the usage process and safety issues during the management process.Based on the causes of the accident,the Artificial Intelligence(AI)management system for forklifts is designed.It adopts a four-layer architecture of“perception-decision-making-executionmanagement”,integrates multiple sensors and AI algorithms,and transforms the management mode from passive response to active prevention,in order to achieve the three-dimensional safety prevention and control and management innovation of“peoplevehicles-environment”.
