一种地锚自动校正修复装置的研制

摘要 船形地锚因其承载能力强、作业状态稳定,在电力施工中广泛作为临时地锚使用。由于施工现场的复杂性,地锚的受力方向很难与设计方向保持一致,大部分船形地锚在受力后会出现一定程度的变形。现有的地锚矫形方式较简单,采用简易门型架配合多组油缸开展矫正作业,部分部位矫正还需人工锤击处理。但是,该方式自动化程度低、劳动强度大且作业效率低。为此,介绍一种地锚自动校正修复装置,采用自动化液压控制技术结合电动系统的一体化设计,实现地锚的自动定位,并通过对地锚进行分步式矫形处理,整体校正地锚,从而确保作业过程只需人工简单辅助即可实现地锚的自动化校正。 Ship shaped anchor is widely used as a temporary anchor in power construction due to its strong bearing capacity and stable operating state.Due to the complexity of the construction site,it is difficult for the direction of force on the anchor to be consistent with the design direction,and most ship shaped anchors will experience some degree of deformation after being subjected to force.The existing anchor correction method is relatively simple,using a simple portal frame combined with multiple sets of oil cylinders to carry out correction operations.Some parts of the correction also require manual hammering treatment.However,this method has low automation,high labor intensity,and low operational efficiency.To this end,this article introduces an automatic correction and repair device for ground anchors,which adopts an integrated design of automatic hydraulic control technology and electric system to achieve automatic positioning of ground anchors.Through step-by-step corrective treatment of ground anchors,the anchor is calibrated as a whole,ensuring that the operation process only requires simple manual assistance to achieve the automation of the anchor correction.
