起重机械钢丝绳在线检测系统设计研究

摘要 为提升起重机械钢丝绳运行过程中的安全性,设计一套在线检测系统。该系统结合磁探伤技术与图像采集装置,实现断丝、磨损及疲劳损伤的实时识别与定量分析。在港口环境和冶金复杂工况下的应用数据表明,该系统在缺陷检出率、检测速度和准确性方面均表现优异,能够满足起重机械高强度作业条件下的钢丝绳状态监测需求。 To enhance the safety of steel wire ropes in lifting machinery during operation,an online detection system is designed.This system combines magnetic flaw detection technology with image acquisition devices to achieve real-time identification and quantitative analysis of broken wires,wear and fatigue damage.Application data in port environments and complex metallurgical conditions show that the system performs exceptionally well in terms of defect detection rate,detection speed and accuracy,and can meet the requirements of wire rope condition monitoring under high-intensity operation conditions of lifting machinery.
