摘要
目的总结老年慢性病患者用药偏差的影响因素,为制订老年慢性病患者用药偏差干预提供参考。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普网、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library、CINAHL和PsycINFO数据库中老年慢性病患者用药偏差影响因素的相关文献,检索时限为建库至2025年2月25日。结果共纳入15篇文献。老年慢性病患者用药偏差的影响因素包括患者相关因素、治疗相关因素、医护人员相关因素、家庭社会因素和疾病相关因素。结论老年慢性病患者用药偏差影响因素较多,医护人员应早期识别危险因素,并为其提供个体化的干预措施。
Objective To summarize the influencing factors of medication discrepancies among elderly patients with chronic diseases,and to provide references for developing targeted interventions for this population.Methods A comprehensive literature search was conducted in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Data,VIP,China Biology Medicine disc,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,Cochrane Library,CINAHL,and PsycINFO for studies investigating factors associated with medication discrepancies in elderly patients with chronic diseases.The search period covered all publications from database inception to February 25,2025.Results A total of 15 articles were included.The identified influencing factors of medication discrepancies in elderly patients with chronic diseases were categorized into five dimensions:patient-related factors,treatment-related factors,healthcare provider-related factors,family and social factors,and disease-related factors.Conclusions Multiple factors contribute to medication discrepancies among elderly patients with chronic diseases.Early identification of risk factors by healthcare professionals is essential to implement individualized preventive and corrective interventions.
