摘要
以滚动轴承发生故障时各部分产生振动的频率特点为基础,从机械振动和运动学原理入手,通过频谱分析技术原理和频谱分析信号特征,以频谱图为基础,分析轴承各部分发生故障时频率及相应的频谱图,以皮带运输系统中电机轴承故障为例,应用频谱分析方法,对轴承工作状况进行检测,利用频谱分析软件,将数据转化成频谱图形,以图形为基础分析判断设备故障,提出故障处理意见,及时发现和处理故障,并对故障的处理情况进行跟踪检验,实现机械设备向预知维修模式的转变,提高设备完好率和作业效率,避免故障进一步扩大造成的损失。
Based on the frequency characteristics of vibrations generated in various components when rolling bearings fail,this study employs principles of mechanical vibration and kinematics.Utilizing the fundamentals of spectral analysis techniques and spectral signal features,it analyzes the frequencies and corresponding spectral diagrams associated with bearing component failures using spectral plots as a foundation.Taking motor bearing failures in belt conveyor systems as an example,spectral analysis methods are applied to monitor bearing operational status.Using spectral analysis software,data is converted into spectral graphs.Equipment faults are analyzed and diagnosed based on these graphs,with recommendations for fault resolution provided.This enables timely fault detection and handling,along with follow-up verification of corrective actions.The approach facilitates the transition to a predictive maintenance model for mechanical equipment,enhancing equipment integrity rates and operational efficiency while preventing losses from escalating faults.
