汽车门焊接机械手结构设计及大臂有限元分析

摘要 针对汽车车门焊接过程中传统人工焊接效率低、质量不稳定的问题,设计了一款适用于复杂焊接任务的焊接机械手。通过分析机械手的自由度配置与关节构型,确定了RRR型结构,该结构在灵活性、工作空间及动态性能方面表现优异。结合车门尺寸及焊接工艺要求,完成了机械手的基础尺寸设计,并基于SolidWorks构建了整体三维模型。此外,对关键部件大臂进行了有限元分析,仿真结果表明,大臂的最大等效应力为10.4 MPa,最大变形量为0.07 mm,其强度与刚度均满足设计要求,为提升汽车焊接自动化水平提供了可行的技术方案。 With the advancement of intelligent manufacturing,the demand for welding manipulators in automotive,aerospace,and other industries has significantly increased.This study addresses the issues of low efficiency and unstable quality in traditional manual welding during automotive door welding by designing a welding manipulator suitable for complex welding tasks.Through analyzing the manipulator's degree-of-freedom configuration and joint configuration,an RRR structure was determined,which demonstrates excellent flexibility,working space,and dynamic performance.Based on door dimensions and welding process requirements,the basic dimensional design of the manipulator was completed,and an integrated 3D model was constructed using SolidWorks.Furthermore,finite element analysis was performed on the critical upper arm component.Simulation results indicate a maximum equivalent stress of 10.4 MPa and maximum deformation of 0.07 mm,confirming that both strength and stiffness meet design requirements.This study provides a feasible technical solution for enhancing automotive welding automation.
