摘要
荞麦是山西北部丘陵地区重要的农作物,同时山西是全国重要的荞麦生产区域,但其机械化收获发展程度非常低,严重制约了山西荞麦产业的发展和升级。为此,针对山西省北部丘陵地区地形,设计了一种小型荞麦收割机。根据荞麦生长环境及收获特点,对荞麦收获方式进行分析和创新,采用铲掘式方法收割荞麦,同时针对荞麦收获时存在籽粒散落的实际情况,采用复收筛进行二次收集,以保证收获质量,提高收获效率,降低农民的劳动强度。根据拟定的运动方案,设计了荞麦收割机数字模型,并依据数字模型研制了物理样机。
Buckwheat is an important crop in the hilly areas of northern Shanxi Province,and Shanxi is a key buckwheat production region in China.However,the low level of mechanized harvesting has severely restricted the development and upgrading of the buckwheat industry in Shanxi.To address this,a small buckwheat harvester has been designed based on the terrain of the hilly areas in northern Shanxi Province.The harvesting method of buckwheat has been analyzed and innovated according to its growth environment and harvesting characteristics.The harvester adopts a shoveling method to harvest buckwheat,and a secondary collection is performed using a re-harvesting screen to address the actual situation of seed scattering during harvesting,ensuring harvest quality,improving harvest efficiency,and greatly reducing the labor intensity of farmers.According to the proposed motion scheme,a digital model of the buckwheat harvester has been designed,and a physical prototype has been developed based on the digital model.
