摘要
目的分析基于流程优化的新型待产分娩服的临床应用价值。方法前瞻性选取2022年4月至2023年3月浙江省温州市中西医结合医院收治的200例孕妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将研究对象分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组采用常规病员服,观察组采用基于流程优化的新型待产分娩服。比较分析两组孕妇顺产转剖宫产的术前准备便利度、医护人员对分娩服的满意度及孕妇对分娩服的满意度。结果观察组孕妇的留置导尿管所需时间、更换手术服所需时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的医护人员对分娩服的满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组孕妇对分娩服外观、暴露程度、活动方便度、产后哺乳方便度的满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于流程优化的新型待产分娩服可显著缩短顺产转剖宫产孕妇的术前准备时间,同时提升医护人员与孕妇的满意度,值得临床应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical application value of the new labor and delivery gown based on process optimization.Method 200 pregnant women admitted to the Wenzhou Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital in Zhejiang Province from April 2022 to March 2023 were prospectively selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional patient gown,while the observation group adopted the new labor and delivery gown based on process optimization.The convenience of preoperative preparation of pregnant women who were converted from natural delivery to cesarean section,the satisfaction of medical staff with the gown,and the satisfaction of pregnant women with the gown in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result The time of the insertion of urinary catheters and the time of changing surgical gowns in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The satisfaction with the gown of the medical staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of the pregnant women in the observation group for the appearance,exposure degree,ease of movement,and postpartum breastfeeding convenience of the gown were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The new labor and delivery gown based on process optimization can significantly shorten the preoperative preparation time for pregnant women who were converted from natural delivery to cesarean section,and enhance the satisfaction of medical staff and pregnant women,which is worthy of clinical application.
