摘要
目的探讨儿童行为干预联合计算机言语疾病矫治对孤独症(ASD)患儿的应用效果。方法回顾性收集2023年3月至2025年1月信阳市中心医院收治的78例ASD患儿的病历资料,按治疗方法不同分为常规组(n=39)和联合组(n=39),常规组给予计算机言语疾病矫治,联合组在常规组基础上给予儿童行为干预。比较两组儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)、孤独症治疗评价量表(ATEC)、孤独症儿童行为检查量表(ABC)评分。结果治疗3个月后,两组CARS、ATEC、ABC评分均降低,且联合组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童行为干预联合计算机言语疾病矫治有助于改善ASD患儿临床症状与问题行为,提升沟通、社交能力。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of behavioral intervention combined with computer-assisted speech disorder therapy in children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods Medical records of 78 children with ASD who were treated at Xinyang Central Hospital from March 2023 to January 2025 were retrospectively collected.According to the treatment method.the children were divided into a conventional group(n=39)and a combination group(n=39).The conventional group received computer-assisted speech disorder therapy.whereas the combination group additionally received behavioral intervention on the basis of the conventional treatment.The Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS).Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist(ATEC).and Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC)scores were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment.CARS.ATEC.and ABC scores decreased in both groups;the combination group had lower scores than the conventional group.and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Behavioral intervention combined with computer-assisted speech disorder therapy can help improve clinical symptoms and problem behaviors in children with ASD and enhance their communication and social skills.
