家庭支持融入游戏训练对孤独症谱系障碍学龄前儿童的作用探讨

摘要 目的本研究旨在探讨家庭支持融入游戏训练对孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)学龄前患儿ASD严重程度、行为改善、社交沟通与互动能力,以及对亲职压力方面的影响。方法采用回顾性研究方法,按照标准连续纳入2023年1月至2025年1月开封市儿童医院收治的90例ASD学龄前儿童,并按照具体干预方案分为对照组(n=45)和研究组(n=45)。对照组开展常规游戏训练方案,研究组开展融入家庭支持的优化游戏训练方案。两组治疗周期均为12周,每周3~4次,收集治疗前后通过克氏孤独症行为量表(CABS)、ASD行为评估量表(ABC)、ASD诊断观察量表—第二版(ADOS-2)和亲职压力量表—简版(PSI-SF)评估ASD严重程度、行为情况、社交沟通能力和亲职压力水平。结果治疗后,两组CBS评分均较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组ABC评分均较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组ADOS-2评分均较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组PSI-SF评分均较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭支持融入游戏训练能够有效改善ASD学龄前儿童的ASD症状、行为表现和社交沟通能力,同时减轻家长的亲职压力,提升整体治疗效果。 Objective This study aimed to investigate the effects of game-based training integrated with family support on autism spectrum disorder(ASD)severity.behavioral improvement.social communication and interaction abilities in preschool children with ASD.as well as on parental stress.Methods Using a retrospective study design.a total of 90 preschool children with ASD who were treated at Kaifeng Children’s Hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were consecutively enrolled according to predefined criteria.They were assigned to a control group(n=45)and a study group(n=45)based on the specific intervention program.The control group received a conventional game-based training program.whereas the study group received an optimized game-based training program incorporating family support.The treatment duration was 12 weeks for both groups.with 3–4 sessions per week.Before and after treatment.ASD severity.behavioral status.social communication ability.and parental stress were assessed using the Clancy Autism Behavior Scale(CABS).the Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC).the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule Second Edition(ADOS-2).and the Parenting Stress Index–Short Form(PSI-SF).respectively.Results After treatment.CBS scores decreased in both groups compared with baseline.and the study group had lower scores than the control group.with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment.ABC scores decreased in both groups compared with baseline.and the study group had lower scores than the control group.with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment.ADOS-2 scores decreased in both groups compared with baseline.and the study group had lower scores than the control group.with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment.PSI-SF scores decreased in both groups compared with baseline.and the study group had lower scores than the control group.with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Game-based training integrated with family support can effectively improve ASD symptoms.behavioral performance.and social communication abilities in preschool children with ASD.while alleviating parental stress and enhancing overall treatment outcomes.
