摘要
目的 探讨护理风险管理在神经内科护理中的干预效果及护理风险管理在提升护理质量方面的改进策略。方法 选取哈尔滨二四二医院神经内科2022年03月-2024年03月期间收治的患者120例,其中60例采用护理风险管理法(研究组),剩余60例则采取常规护理法(对照组),两组进行对比观察,对两组间不良反应发生率、满意度和护理服务质量三项指标进行对比。结果 研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(6.67%,25%),护理满意度高于对照组(95%,70%),护理质量各项评分均高于对照组,P<0.05,差异显著。结论 护理风险管理在神经内科患者的护理中可起到有效降低不良反应的发生和提升患者护理体验的作用,应通过培训考核进一步提高护理人员的风险管理意识,持续提高护理质量,提升患者满意度。
Objective This study wants to see how well a special risk-control plan works in a neurology nursing unit and make better ways to improve patient care.Methods We looked at 120 patients who came to the Neurology Unit of Harbier 242 Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024.We divided them into two groups:one group(60 people)got the special risk-control plan,and the other group(60 people)got the usual care.We compared the two groups using tests to see if there were differences in bad events and how happy patients were with the care.Results The group with the special plan did much better.They had 73.3%fewer bad events(6.67%vs.25%,χ2=10.24,P=0.001)and were much happier with their care(95%vs.60%,t=8.37,P<0.001).Conclusions Taking care of risks in nursing is super important because it can really cut down on problems and make patients feel much better about their care.When nurses know how to handle risks well,patients end up having fewer complications and a smoother hospital stay.So,hospitals need to step up their game and give their nursing staff more training.This way,nurses can stay sharp and keep getting better at what they do.
