摘要
渗流量监测作为水电站大坝运行期安全监测的主要内容之一,其测量数据“渗流量”是运行期评判大坝运行情况的重要指标,也是大坝运行期安全性和稳定性分析的最直观的依据。目前,国内各电站渗流量自动化监测的技术已比较成熟,但是自动化测量的数据与人工测量数据的差异性问题普遍存在,自动化测量尚不能真正替代人工观测,电站运行期还需要长期开展渗流量人工观测工作。通过对某水电站26个大坝廊道量水堰近2a的观测数据,与相同时间段的人工测值进行比对,绘制测值随时间变化的过程线对比图,对量水堰自动化与人工监测数据的差异性进行分析,从仪器设备现场运行工况和测量理论分析两个方面深入探寻渗流量监测人工测值与自动化测值的差异来源和原理,并提出了解决问题的思路和方法,大大提升了大坝渗流量监测系统运行稳定性和可靠性,该方法简单实用,具备较强的推广应用价值。
As one of the main contents of safety monitoring during the operation of hydropower dams,seepage flow monitoring is an important indicator for evaluating the operation of dams during the operation period,and it is also the most intuitive basis for analyzing the safety and stability of dams during the operation period.At present,the technology for automated monitoring of seepage flow in various power stations in China is relatively mature.However,there is a common problem of differences between automated measurement data and manual measurement data.Automated measurement cannot truly replace manual observation,and long-term manual observation of seepage flow is still needed during the operation period of power stations.By comparing the observation data of 26 dam galleries and measuring weirs in a hydropower station over the past 2 years with the manually measured values during the same time period,a process line comparison chart of the measured values changing over time was drawn to analyze the differences between automated and manually monitored data of the measuring weirs.This paper explores in depth the sources and principles of the differences between manual and automated measurement values in seepage flow monitoring from two aspects:the on-site operating conditions of instruments and equipment,and the analysis of measurement theory.It also proposes ideas and methods to solve the problem,greatly improving the stability and reliability of the dam seepage flow monitoring system.This method is simple and practical,and has strong promotion and application value.
