摘要
宜兴市太湖竺山圩位于太湖竺山湖西侧,是太湖沿岸围垦区之一,建成于上世纪70年代初期,面积约4.2 km2,为尽可能恢复太湖调蓄洪水能力,并考虑太湖水环境改善、水生态修复等需求,需对太湖竺山圩开展退圩还湖工作。竺山圩共退圩还湖3174亩,文章在分析竺山圩目前存在的问题基础上,以先行试点工程为例,从围垦区清退高程、塘底淤泥污染调查、清淤规模、清淤措施等方面进行实施方案研究。
Located in the west of Zhushan Lake of Taihu Lake,Yixing Zhushan Embankment is one of the reclamation areas along the coast of Taihu Lake.It was built in the early 1970s and covers an area of about 4.2 km².In order to restore the flood regulation and storage capacity of Taihu Lake as much as possible,and take into account the needs of Taihu Lake for water environment improvement,water ecological restoration,etc.,it is necessary to carry out the work of returning the polder to the lake in Zhushan Embankment of Taihu Lake.Zhushan Embankment has returned 3174 acres of land to the lake.Based on the analysis of the current problems in Zhushan Embankment,this paper takes the pilot project as an example to study the implementation plan from the aspects of reclamation area clearance elevation,investigation of pond bottom silt pollution,dredging scale,and dredging measures.
