标准物质是检验检测机构从事检验检测活动必不可少的设备和工具,有效的使用标准物质对于检验检测机构越来越重要。通过详细描述标准物质的采购、验收、登记、保存和期间核查,明确标准物质的有效管理流程。列举了多个实例,阐述了标准物质应用于配制工作标准、建立校准曲线、仪器校准、方法验证和实验室质量管理过程,表明标准物质对于提升检验检测机构能力的重要基础作用。实验室在使用标准物质时应注意标准物质的适用性、独立性和避免“泛标样”问题,根据实验室分析方法要求和成本来购买和使用标准物质,从而使标准物质的应用效益最大化。讨论了不同领域管理和应用标准物质的异同,为检验检测机构实际管理和应用标准物质提供参考。
Reference materials(RM)are essential substances and tools for laboratories to engage in inspection and testing activities,and the correct use of RM is becoming increasingly important for every laboratory.A detailed description of RM management process was provided which included:the procurement,acceptance,storage and periodic verification of RM.Multiple examples were cited to illustrate the application of RM in the preparation of work substances,establishment of calibration curves,instrument calibration,method validation,and laboratory quality management,demonstrating the important foundational role of RM in enhancing the capabilities of inspection and testing institutions.RM should be used carefully and attention should be paid to their applicability,independence.There was also no need to overuse the certified reference materials.In order to maximize the benefits of RM,purchase of RM was based on laboratory analysis methods and costs.Similarities and differences of RM management and application in different fields were discussed,providing references for other inspection and testing institutions.
