应用工业废灰制备低成本固井水泥浆的综合性实验

摘要 设计了一项旨在应用工业废灰来配制固井水泥浆的综合性实验,全面而深入地评价了所制备水泥浆的综合性能。这一实验巧妙地将科研成果的前沿性、实验方法的严谨性以及工程实践的应用性三者紧密结合,为学生提供了一个理论与实践并重的学习平台。通过参与这一实验,学生不仅能够显著提升自身的专业技能和实验数据分析能力,还能有效激发其创新思维。更重要的是,我们将工业废灰作为一种创新的处理剂应用于水泥浆的配制中,这不仅大幅度降低了水泥浆的配制成本,还显著增强了其力学性能。此举不仅体现了绿色环保的理念,还有助于在学生心中树立起节约成本的意识,为他们日后在石油行业的工作中,能够更加注重经济效益与社会效益的双重提升打下坚实的基础。 A comprehensive experiment was designed to apply industrial waste ash to prepare cementing slurry,and the comprehensive performance of the prepared cement slurry was comprehensively and deeply evaluated.This experiment cleverly combined the cutting-edge of scientific research results,the rigor of experimental methods,and the applicability of engineering practice,providing students with a learning platform that emphasizes both theory and practice.By participating in this experiment,students can not only significantly improved their professional skills and experimental data analysis abilities,but also effectively stimulate their innovative thinking.More importantly,industrial waste ash was applied as an innovative treatment agent in the preparation of cement slurry,which not only significantly reduced the preparation cost of cement slurry,but also significantly enhanced its mechanical properties.This move not only reflected the concept of green environmental protection,but also helped to establish a cost saving awareness in students′minds,laying a solid foundation for them to pay more attention to the dual improvement of economic and social benefits in their future work in the petroleum industry.
