印刷线路烂版液制备五水硫酸铜实验教学反思

Teaching Reflection on Experiment of Preparing Copper(Ⅱ)Sulfate Pentahydrate from Waste Etching Solution of Printed Circuit Boards

摘要 五水硫酸铜在化学实验中占有重要地位,且从印刷线路烂版液中提取该化合物的实验,不仅有助于学生掌握化学实验的基本技能,还能增强他们对环保和资源再利用的认识,是一项具有现实意义的教学内容。然而,学生在进行合成实验时,由于操作不当,普遍存在产率低、纯度差、结晶不良等问题。针对这些问题,笔者结合多年的教学经验与实验实践,对实验过程中存在的不足进行了深入分析,并从实验的四个关键阶段入手,逐一探讨问题的根源,并提出了相应的改进措施,旨在培养学生独立思考、分析问题和解决问题的能力。 Copper(Ⅱ)sulfate pentahydrate plays a crucial role in chemical experiments.The experiment of extracting this compound from the etching solution of printed circuit boards not only helps students master fundamental laboratory skills but also enhances their awareness of environmental protection and resource recycling,making it a teaching content with significant practical value.However,students often encounter issues such as low yield,poor purity and inferior crystallinity,due to improper handling during the synthesis process.To resolve these issues,drawing on years of teaching experience and experimental expertise,a comprehensive analysis of the deficiencies in the experimental procedure was conducted.Focusing on four critical stages of the experiment,the underlying causes of these problems were explored and corresponding improvement measures were proposed,with the aim of cultivating students′abilities to think independently,analyze problems and devise solutions.
