浅谈电厂涡轮机油乳化原因及防治措施

摘要 涡轮机油质量是保障汽轮机稳定可靠运行的关键因素之一。在各类油质问题中,涡轮机油乳化是电厂运行中的常见故障,可导致润滑性能下降、部件腐蚀等问题,严重影响机组安全运行。综合分析了电厂涡轮机油乳化成因、危害及防治措施,从水分渗入、油品劣化及运行条件三方面揭示了乳化机理,系统阐述了乳化现象引发的润滑性能劣化、油品寿命缩短及设备安全威胁等危害。针对性提出了防控措施,包括建立水分含量与酸值指标的常态化监测机制、优化机组运行参数、改进油系统密封设计以及合理添加破乳化剂等。得出构建多维度协同防控体系可有效降低乳化风险,同时提升发电机组运行可靠性与经济性,为电厂涡轮机油系统管理提供了兼具理论指导价值与工程实践意义的技术方案。 The quality of turbine oil is one of the key factors ensuring the stable and reliable operation of steam turbines.Among various oil quality issues,turbine oil emulsification is a common problem in power plant operations,which can lead to reduced lubrication performance,component corrosion and other issues,severely affecting the safe operation of the unit.A comprehensive analysis was conducted on the causes,hazards and preventive measures of turbine oil emulsification in power plants.The emulsification mechanisms were elucidated from three aspects:water ingress,oil degradation and operating conditions.The hazards of emulsification were summarized,including deterioration of lubricating performance,reduction in oil service life and threats to equipment safety.Targeted preventive measures were proposed,encompassing regular monitoring of moisture content and acid value indicators,optimization of operating conditions,improvement of equipment design,and addition of appropriate demulsifiers.The study concluded that a multidimensional collaborative prevention and control system can effectively mitigate emulsification risks while enhancing operational reliability and economic efficiency of power generation units.This research provided both theoretical guidance and practical solutions for turbine oil system management in power plants.
