电位滴定法测定平衡盐溶液中的氯化钙和氯化镁含量

摘要 建立一种平衡盐溶液中的氯化钙和氯化镁含量的测定方法。用电位滴定法,以钙离子选择电极为指示电极,以银-氯化银为参比电极,取样品溶液,加入10%氢氧化钾溶液后,用EDTA滴定液进行滴定,测定氯化钙的含量;另取样品溶液,加入氨-氯化铵缓冲液(pH=10.0),用EDTA滴定液进行滴定,测定氯化镁的含量。重复性试验,氯化钙含量RSD为0.26%(n=6),氯化镁含量RSD为0.15%(n=6);准确度试验,氯化钙回收率均值为100.1%,RSD为0.49%(n=9),氯化镁回收率均值为100.1%,RSD为0.47%(n=9)。本试验方法操作简单,准确度高、重复性好、实用性强,可作为平衡盐溶液中的氯化钙和氯化镁含量的测定方法。 A method for determining the content of calcium chloride and magnesium chloride in balanced salt solutions was established.Potentiometric titration was used,with a calcium ion selective electrode as the indicator electrode and silver chloride as the reference electrode.The sample solution was added with 10%sodium hydroxide solution,titrated with EDTA TS,and the content of calcium chloride was determined.w Taking another sample solution,added ammonia ammonium chloride buffer(pH=10.0),titrate with EDTA TS,the content of magnesium chloride was determined.The repeated test showed that RSD of calcium chloride content was 0.26%(n=6),and RSD of magnesium chloride content was 0.15%(n=6).The accuracy test showed the average recovery of calcium chloride was 100.1%,and RSD was 0.49%(n=9),the average recovery of magnesium chloride was 100.1%,and RSD was 0.47%(n=9).experimental method is simple to operate,has high accuracy,good repeatability and strong practicality,and can be used as a method for determining the content of calcium chloride and magnesium chloride in balanced salt solutions.
