微波消解电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定可降解包装材料中13种有害元素含量

Simultaneous Determination of 13 Toxic Elements in Degradable Cigarette Packaging Materials by ICP-MS

摘要 建立了一种同时测定可降解包装材料中铅、镉、铬、钴、钼、锑、锌、镍、铜、钡、汞、砷、硒等有害元素总量的快速检测方法。样品经微波消解处理后,消解所得溶液采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪进行分析检测,结果显示,在特定的质量浓度范围内,13种元素的响应强度与其质量浓度之间呈现出良好的线性相关性,检出限(3 S/N)为0.006~0.088 mg·kg^(-1),加标回收率为92.6%~101.3%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在2.4%~5.2%。该方法具有消解彻底、操作便捷、灵敏度高、准确性强等显著优势,能够充分满足可降解包装材料中有害元素含量快速且精准测定的实际需求,为相关行业的质量控制和安全监管提供了有力的技术支持。 A fast method for the determination of the total amount of Pb,Cd,Cr,Co,Mo,Sb,Zn,Ni,Cu,Ba,Hg,As,Se in degradable cigarette packaging materials was developed.Microwave digestion technique was used in decomposition of degradable cigarette packaging materials samples and the content of Pb,Cd,Cr,Co,Mo,Sb,Zn,Ni,Cu,Ba,Hg,As,Se was determined by ICP-MS.It was shown that linear relationships between the corresponding response intensity and mass concentration of 13 elements were found in defined range,with detection limits(3 S/N)of 0.006~0.088 mg·kg^(-1).Recoveries obtained by standard addition method were in the ranges of 92.6%~101.3%,and RSD(n=6)of the determined values ranged from 2.4%to 5.2%.This method has significant advantages such as thorough digestion,convenient operation,high sensitivity,and strong accuracy,which can fully meet the practical needs of rapid and accurate determination of harmful element content in biodegradable packaging materials,and provide strong technical support for quality control and safety supervision in related industries.
