高性能发泡光学扩散板的制备及性能研究

摘要 随着现有光学扩散板技术的发展,出现了发泡光学扩散板,通过在树脂基体内形成若干泡孔,既能够对光线有更好的散射效果,又能够降低光学扩散板的整体重量。采用PS树脂与发泡剂、有机硅树脂等熔融共混挤出,制备了一系列高性能发泡光学扩散板,考察了发泡剂添加量对该光学扩散板的物理性能的影响。结果表明:随着发泡剂添加量的增加,光学扩散板的冲击强度、热变形温度、雾度、密度均有所降低,而透光率、中心亮度、平均亮度、气泡大小均有所提高。因此可通过调节发泡剂添加量来制备具有不同物理和光学性能的发泡光学扩散板,以满足不同的应用场合的需要。 With the development of existing optical diffusion plate technology,foam optical diffusion plates have emerged.By forming several bubbles in the resin matrix,they can not only have better scattering effect on light,but also reduce the overall weight of the optical diffusion plate.A series of high-performance foamed optical diffusion plates were prepared by melt blending and extrusion of PS resin with foaming agent,organic silicon resin,etc.The effects of foaming agent content on the physical and optical properties of these optical diffusion plates were investigated.The results showed that as the amount of foaming agent added increased,the impact strength,thermal deformation temperature,transmittance and density of the optical diffusion plate all decreased,while the haze,center brightness,average brightness and bubble size all increased.Therefore,foaming optical diffusion plates with different physical and optical properties can be prepared by adjusting the amount of foaming agent added to meet the needs of different application scenarios.
