摘要
L-硒-甲基硒代半胱氨酸(L-Se-methylselenocysteine,简称L-SeMC)是一种天然含硒氨基酸,是第21种人体必需氨基酸——硒代半胱氨酸(Seleniumcysteine,简称SeC)的甲基化衍生物,为甲基硒的重要前体物质,现已被收录于食品安全国家标准食品营养强化剂使用标准(GB 14880-2012),已被广泛应用于医药、食品和医疗保健品等方面。本文详细综述了L-SeMC的七种主要合成方法,并对其药理作用进行探讨,以期推动L-SeMC的开发与利用。
L-SeMC is a natural selenium-containing amino acid,a methylated derivative of SeC,the 21st essential amino acid for human body,and an important precursor of methyl selenium.It has been included in the national food safety standard for the use of food nutritional fortifiers(GB 14880-2012)and has been widely used in medicine,food and health care products.Seven main synthetic methods of L-SeMC were reviewed in detail,and their pharmacological effects were discussed in order to promote the development and utilization of L-SeMC.
