摘要
基于《慎五堂治验录》高频药物数据,系统分析吴门娄东医家钱艺临证用药规律及潜在新方配伍特征,揭示其学术精髓与辨治思维。结果显示,钱艺喜用凉散轻清之品,以寒温药性动态平衡为特点;甘、苦、辛味药协同增效(甘润清养,苦寒清泄,辛散清展);归经聚焦肝胃肺,体现吴门医派三焦辨治、脏腑协同特色;核心药物聚类提炼出10类组合,融合桑菊饮、银翘散、增液汤等精髓,并展现“透邪存阴、疏机化痰”多维灵活配伍;挖掘出4组潜在新方,验证其“清热不损阴,养阴不碍湿、化痰不伤津、疏气不耗正”的辨治逻辑。本研究通过数据分析与理论阐释,揭示了钱艺承袭吴门医派“轻灵透达、调和气阴”的学术精髓及临证融通、方证相应的辨证思维,为江南湿热病机中医辨治及吴门娄东医派学术传承提供参考。
This study systematically analyzes the clinical medication patterns and potential new formula compatibility characteristics of Qian Yi,a physician of the Loudong branch of the Wumen Medical School,based on high-frequency drug data mining from Shenwutang Zhiyan Lu(Clinical Records of Shenwutang).The results reveal that Qian Yi preferred Cool-dispersing and light-clearing medicinal agents,characterized by a dynamic equilibrium between Cold and Warm properties.Synergistic interactions among sweet,bitter,and pungent flavors were emphasized—sweetness nourished and moistened,bitterness cleared Heat and purged pathogens,and pungency dispersed stagnation and regulated Qi.The meridian tropism focused on the Liver,Stomach,and Lung,reflecting the Wumen School′s diagnostic framework of tri-burner differentiation and visceral synergy.Cluster analysis identified 10 core medicinal combinations that integrate the essence of classical formulas(e.g,Sangju Yin,Yinqiao San,Zengye Tang)with multidimensional flexible compatibility strategies,such as"expelling pathogens while preserving Yin"and"regulating Qi dynamics to resolve phlegm".Data mining further uncovered four groups of potential new formulas,validating Qian Yi′s therapeutic logic of"clearing Heat without damaging Yin,nourishing Yin without obstructing Dampness,resolving phlegm without depleting fluids,and regulating Qi without exhausting vitality".Through data analysis and theoretical interpretation,this study elucidates Qian Yi′s inheritance of the Wumen School′s academic essence—"lightness,clarity,and harmonization of Qi and Yin"—as well as his clinical flexibility and formula-syndrome correspondence.These findings provide insights into traditional Chinese medicine practices for Jiangnan′s Humid-Heat pathologies and contribute to the academic legacy of the Wumen-Loudong Medical School.
