列线图在高血压脑出血中的应用现状与发展趋势

摘要 随着老龄化社会的到来,高血压脑出血患者逐渐增加,患者常伴随高致死致残的不良结局。列线图作为一种可视化的预测模型,目前已经被广泛应用于高血压脑出血风险及结局的预测中,基于临床资料、影像学特征、影像组学及基因组学等多维度数据构建的列线图预测模型,其简单直观的特性,能辅助临床医师更精准的识别病情进展及预后情况,为个性化治疗提供科学合理的依据。此外,联合临床、影像及基因学的交叉学科研究有助于进一步提升列线图的预测性能,值得进一步探究。 With the arrival of the aging society,the number of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is gradually increasing,and such hemorrhage is often accompanied with adverse outcomes with a high mortality and morbidity rate.Nomograms,as visual predictive models,have now been widely used in predicting the risk and outcomes of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.These predictive nomogram models are constructed on multidimensional data such as clinical information,imaging features,radiomics and genomics.Their straightforward and intuitive nature allows clinical physicians to identify more accurately disease progression and prognosis,which provides a scientific and reasonable basis for personalized treatment.Furthermore,interdisciplinary research that combines clinical,imaging,and genetic studies can help further enhance the predictive performance of nomograms,which is worth further exploration.
