摘要
为了更好地评估铁路钢轨焊缝平直度,本文提出一种平直尺+塞尺组合测量的数值模拟方法。首先采用移动式平直度测量仪测量线路多个钢轨焊缝附近5 m范围内的几何不平顺波形并计算焊缝真实幅值,然后利用本文提出的数值模拟方法,模拟1 m平直尺以重力自平衡状态放置在焊缝处的姿态特征,并计算塞尺可以塞入的最大幅值;最后将模拟结果与现场1 m平直尺+塞尺组合测量结果进行对比,检测1 m平直尺+塞尺组合方式对不同形式焊缝的平直度测量效果。结果表明:本文提出的平直尺+塞尺组合测量的数值模拟方法与现场1 m平直尺+塞尺组合测量结果基本一致,相差不超过0.05 mm;1 m平直尺+塞尺组合测量能够反映出对称焊缝和低接头焊缝平直度的真实状态,但是难以评估非对称焊缝的真实几何幅值。
In order to better evaluate the flatness of railway rail welded seam,a numerical simulation method combining a straightedge+a feeler measurement was proposed.Firstly,a mobile flatness measuring instrument was used to measure the geometric irregularity waveforms within a 5 m range near multiple rail welded seams on the line and calculate the true amplitude of the welded seam.Then,using the numerical simulation method proposed in this paper,the posture characteristics of a 1 m straightedge placed in a gravity self balancing state at the welding was simulated,and the maximum amplitude that the feeler can be inserted was calculated.Finally,the simulation results were compared with the on-site measurement results of a combination of a 1 m straightedge+a feeler,and the measurement effect of the combination of a 1 m straightedge+a feeler on the flatness of different forms of welded seam was tested.The results show that the numerical simulation method proposed in this article for the combination measurement of a straightedge+a feeler is basically consistent with the on-site measurement results of a 1 m straightedge+a feeler,which has a difference of no more than 0.05 mm.The combination measurement of a 1 m straightedge+a feeler can reflect the true state of the flatness of symmetrical and low joint welded seams,but it is difficult to evaluate the true geometric amplitude of asymmetric welded seam.
