基于ABAQUS仿真的矿用除尘器基础地基抗沉降性能提升研究

摘要 为解决矿用除尘器增容荷载引发地基沉降超限问题,提出局部换填抗沉降方法。基于弹性地基梁理论复核矿厂某基础沉降(理论值22.5mm)以及基础承载力是否满足要求。结合工程参数建立ABAQUS三维地基-基础耦合模型,仿真结果验证模型可靠性。通过模拟不同土层序列发现:基础垫层性质为核心控制因素,强风化泥岩置顶时沉降最低(8.78mm),但大面积置换实施困难。据此提出以基础为中心的局部换填方案(优化3):在粉质黏土层换填3m×3m×1.5m强风化泥岩。仿真优化后,沉降量由27.4mm降至5.13mm(降幅81.3%),远低于规范限值。该方法显著提升地基抗沉降性能,为同类工程提供一定的技术参考。 In order to solve the problem of excessive foundation settlement caused by the increase in capacity load of mining dust collectors,a local replacement and anti-settlement method is proposed.Based on the theory of elastic foundation beams,review the settlement of a certain foundation in the mine(theoretical value 22.5mm)and whether the foundation bearing capacity meets the requirements.Establish an ABAQUS three-dimensional foundation coupling model based on engineering parameters,and verify the reliability of the model through simulation results.By simulating different soil layer sequences,it was found that the nature of the foundation cushion layer is the core controlling factor,and the settlement is the lowest(8.78mm)when strongly weathered mudstone is placed on top,but it is difficult to implement large-scale replacement.Based on this,a local replacement plan centered on the foundation is proposed(optimization 3):replacing 3m×3m×1.5m strongly weathered mudstone in the silty clay layer.After simulation optimization,the settlement decreased from 27.4 mm to 5.13mm(a decrease of 81.3%),far below the standard limit.This method significantly improves the settlement resistance of the foundation and provides a technical reference for similar projects.
