摘要
高校廉洁文化建设是推进全面从严治党向基层延伸的重要举措,是落实立德树人根本任务的内在要求,更是涵养风清气正校园政治生态的关键路径。试立足新时代高校治理现代化语境,在厘清廉洁文化建设价值意蕴的基础上,剖析当前高校廉洁文化建设面临的同质化、碎片化、模糊化三重困境,进而提出以构建“大廉洁”责任共同体、营造“浸润式”育人新生态、建立“多维度”评价新体系的实践路径,旨在为高校廉洁文化建设提供可资借鉴的范式。
The construction of integrity culture in colleges and universities is a crucial measure to advance the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party to the grassroots level,an inherent requirement for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,and a key path to cultivate a clean and upright political ecology on campus.Based on the context of the modernization of college and university governance in the new era,this paper clarifies the value implication of integrity culture construction,analyzes the three major dilemmas currently faced-homogenization,fragmentation and ambiguity-and then proposes a four-dimensional practical path centered on building a"grand integrity"responsibility community,creating an"immersive"education ecosystem,establishing a"multi-dimensional"evaluation system,and forging a"self-disciplined"vanguard that advocates integrity.The aim is to provide a reference paradigm for the construction of integrity culture in colleges and universities.
